Full Stack Engineer (React + Python)

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable web applications using React.js on the frontend and Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI) on the backend.
- Develop and improve APIs based on REST and GraphQL, ensuring security and high performance.
- Work with designers to deliver responsive, user-focused interfaces.
- Manage and optimize both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Ensure backend services are secure, stable, and optimized for growth.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture planning, and engage in technical discussions.
- Write reliable automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to guarantee quality.
- Identify and fix complex full-stack issues across different layers of the system.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and other team members to deliver features efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong skills in React.js and modern frontend ecosystems (TypeScript, Redux, Next.js are a plus).
- Proven backend expertise with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Solid knowledge of database modeling, optimization, and query performance.
- Understanding of API architecture and integration principles (REST / GraphQL).
- Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Practical experience with Docker and basic DevOps workflows.
- Proficiency in Git and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in agile teams.
