We are looking to employ a high-energetic Sales and Marketing Executive in our private sector and recruitment and manpower business. The job entails creation of new business, marketing of recruitment services and establishment of good client relationship to meet sales targets and increase market presence. Responsibilities encompass the development of sales plans, gaining insights, identification, and approach of potential clients, making presentations and negotiations, liaising with the recruitment department, attending industry shows and events, preparing proposals and monitoring business trends. The salaries are negotiable, and bonuses based on performance and commission are provided.

The person interested must be experienced in sales and marketing, ideally in manpower services or recruitment industry. Outstanding communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills are needed as well as the capacity to maintain professional relationships and deliver targets. The candidate must have proficiency in Windows Office and CRM software, and it would help to have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. Fluency in the Arabic language is mandatory, and a candidate that has an industry network, sound digital marketing experience, and can work autonomously as well as within a team will have an added advantage.
