Job Description

Responsibilities

·      Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

·      Conduct property viewings, market evaluations, and negotiations.

·      Build and maintain client relationships.

·      Present and market property listings effectively.

·      Manage contracts, transactions, and CRM records.

·      Stay updated on real estate trends and legal requirements.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).

·      2–3 years’ UAE real estate/sales experience.

·      Strong knowledge of Dubai property market & RERA laws.

·      Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

·      Valid UAE driving license + own car.

·      Fluent in English (Arabic/other languages are a plus).
