Occupation Description

The Front Desk Executive undertakes all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the main entrance in our sales offices. He / she will be the “face” of the company for all visitors; the goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Job Scope

• Greet clients and record client walk-ins
• Coordinate with drivers for tasks requested by company staff
• Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (stationary, etc.)
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
• Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company’s policies and procedures

Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a relevant field
• 1 - 3 years of related experience
• Highly presentable
