Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety
and environmental risks in petroleum storage and handling operations.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure a culture of safety and compliance.
Perform routine site inspections and audits to verify adherence to HSE standards and best practices.
Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and records for regulatory and internal purposes.
Coordinate emergency response drills and support the development of emergency preparedness plans.
Liaise with regulatory authorities
and ensure timely submission of required HSE reports and permits.
Promote continuous improvement by analyzing HSE performance data and implementing proactive measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of project planning and execution.
Job Requirements
Preferably a resident of Suez.
Experience in the Oil &Gas Field is a Must
Responsible in Safety and Fire Chief.
BSC of Engineering ( Mechanical / Chemical ) or BSC Science ( Chemistry ) Not Electrical .
Minimum 5 years of experience & not more than 8 years by Max. at Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
Most Important Requirements:
Firefighting / Fire Chief Certificate / NFPA fire inspector certificate.
