Lead electrical maintenance activities during the shift, ensuring minimal production downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and faults in production lines and utility equipment.
Perform corrective maintenance to restore equipment functionality efficiently. Coordinate with other maintenance engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues.
2. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
Execute and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Conduct electrical inspections and assessments, identifying potential failures before they occur.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports for continuous improvement.
3. Equipment & Process Improvement:
Suggest
and implement improvements to enhance electrical system efficiency and reliability.
Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring electrical issues and propose corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement projects, automation upgrades, and energy-saving initiatives.
4. Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company safety policies.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safe work practices during electrical maintenance activities.
Provide guidance to technicians on safety procedures and electrical best practices.
5. Shift Management & Team Coordination:
Supervise and guide electrical maintenance technicians during the shift.
Ensure proper communication and handover of maintenance activities between shifts.
Coordinate with production and other departments to prioritize maintenance activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Major Mechatronics or Electrical
Previous experience from 3 Yrs: 5 Yrs, preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong mechanical and electrical skills, problem-solving, ability to read technical drawings, good communication, and organizational skills.
