Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online tire store. This role involves managing internal teams (data/content & customer service), ensuring catalog accuracy, coordinating with marketing and logistics, and driving continuous improvements in the online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation platform.
• Manage the product catalog, ensuring accurate product data, pricing

• Coordinate with the data team for regular updates and improvements.
• Supervise customer service operations to ensure quick, effective issue resolution.
• Work with marketing to implement promotions and seasonal updates.
• Monitor site performance, identify user experience issues, and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Analyze sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior to optimize operations.
• Lead regular team meetings, set priorities, and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor

• ’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in automotive or retail.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Woo-Commerce, Shopify).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools (Trello, Notion, Zoho).
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing fundamentals, and online merchandising.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
