Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresh – 0 to 1 Year)

We are a fast-growing start-up agency passionate about delivering creative marketing solutions and building strong client relationships. We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team and grow with us.

Work Setup

The role is mainly remote, with at least one in-person meeting per week with the team.


Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social platforms.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitches for clients.

Maintain and update client databases and records.

Work closely with the team to understand services and communicate value to clients.

Support in building and maintaining strong client relationships.


Requirements

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate, proactive, and eager to learn.

Basic understanding of marketing/digital services is a plus.

Good command of English (spoken & written).

Must be available for weekly physical team meetings.
