We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in technical submittals, tender preparation, building diagnostics, and engineering problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have the capability to prepare precise technical documentation, develop innovative solutions for structural and finishing challenges, and support tendering processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender & Proposal Management
  Prepare and review technical submittals, tender documents, and BOQs in compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
  Support cost estimation teams with technical inputs during bidding.
  Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material and technical clarifications.
• Technical Building Solutions
  Investigate structural, waterproofing, and finishing issues and provide cost-effective, compliant solutions.
  Develop repair methodologies and method statements for civil works.
  Ensure compliance with Omani construction regulations and international standards.
• Design & Analysis
  Utilize civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and Primavera for planning, design, and analysis.
  Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Project Support
  Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and monitor execution quality.
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, coating, and corrosion engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.
  Provide technical support during client and consultant meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in tendering, technical submittals, and civil construction problem-solving.
• Proficiency in civil engineering computer programs for design, planning, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of structural design, waterproofing systems, and building pathology.
• Excellent technical report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.
