Nafham by Tyro is hiring Customer Experience Representative:
- Identify and assess customer's need to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- increasing customer retention
- Provide accurate, valid and compete information
- Collecting customer feedback
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good in English
