Job Description

Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with

company policies and regulations.

Monitor and enhance financial performance to support business objectives.

Manage and optimize the accounting process through Odoo ERP.

Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.

Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the retail industry.

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a must.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and financial laws.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
