Responsibilities

• Present and explain plan benefits, coverage options, exclusions, and premium structures clearly.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and professionals.
• Customize solutions by matching client needs with plan features.
• Handle objections and close sales while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Maintain regular follow

• -up with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, banking or any relevant field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Sales.
• Car owner is preferred.
• Experience in identifying new leads, prospecting & acquiring new business.
• Excellent command of English, communication & presentation skills.
