About the Role:
Seafrigo Egypt is expanding — and we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Executive with proven freight forwarding experience in ocean freight (import & export, dry and reefer) to help drive our growth.
Your mission: win new clients and grow Seafrigo’s footprint in Egypt by delivering customised, end-to-end logistics solutions — with a special focus on temperature-controlled and perishable cargo.
This is an outdoor, field-based sales role focused on acquiring new business and building strong partnerships across the ocean / Inland freight market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, visit, and convert
- new business opportunities in ocean / Inland freight logistics (import & export, dry and reefer)
- Deliver on monthly performance targets:
- New client revenue
- Gross profit generation (target: 3.5x return)
- Develop tailored logistics solutions by understanding clients' full supply chain needs — including cold chain and reefer requirements
- Maintain and update weekly sales plans and CRM activity logs
- Build long-term partnerships with exporters, importers, regulatory authorities, and port stakeholders
- Promote Seafrigo Group as a trusted brand for both temperature-controlled and dry ocean freight services
- Support overdue payment collection from credit clients, if
- needed
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for service expansion and client growth
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in international freight forwarding, specialising in ocean / Inland freight (import & export, dry and reefer)
- Solid understanding of cold chain logistics and handling temperature-sensitive cargo
- Strong network within the freight forwarding industry in Egypt
- Proven track record in managing client portfolios and closing new business
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- CRM proficiency and disciplined sales planning
