Are you passionate about the financial markets and experienced in Forex/CFD sales? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint across key markets.
🔍 Role Overview:
As a BDM, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing IB and affiliate networks, and driving revenue growth through strong client relationships and strategic market expansion.
✅ What You'll Do:
- Identify and onboard new clients and introducing brokers (IBs)
- Manage and grow affiliate/referral partnerships
- Execute effective business development strategies to expand into new markets
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align acquisition strategies
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in Forex/CFD sales or business development
- Existing network of IBs, traders, and partners is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), financial products, and the FX industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
