Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all counter operations (Payments, deposits, foreign exchanges, transfers, withdrawals, cheques, bills, etc…) in compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies & procedures.
• Handle banknote workflows (incoming/outgoing) and verifies authenticity of received banknotes.
• Detect and reports suspicious money laundering operations and ensures processing of all transactions as per KYC & compliance policies.
• Verify customer’s signature based on specimen of signatures on the system and ensures proper identification is used evidencing customer ID.
• Maintain good customer’s relationship and whenever possible, refers potential customers related to products and services.
• Ensure performing all transactions within agreed timeframe in an accurate order and to quality service standards.
• Replace Senior Teller in access rights and custody.

Minimum Qualification

• University graduate: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience
• Languages very good Arabic, & English
• Legal and accounting principles of banking operations.
• Computer Literacy: MS Word / MS-Excel / Outlook.
