Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR
tasks, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Human Resources (HR) management
- Experience with developing and implementing HR policies
- Experience in managing employee benefits
- Personnel Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Very good in English
- From 1 to 3 years of Experience
