Job Description

• Lead and supervise the cost control engineering team to ensure accurate project cost tracking and reporting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems and procedures for multiple construction projects.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Analyze project variances and prepare detailed cost reports for management review.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to validate cost estimates and control measures.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize resource allocation.
• Review and approve project invoices, change orders, and payment applications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry standards in all cost control activities.
• Prepare and present regular cost status updates and risk assessments to senior management.
• Mentor and train junior cost control engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil /Arch Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of Experience in the construction
• Previous Experience in large Scale Construction Projects 
• Familiarity with Cost Control Systems and Software
• Strong Leadership and team Management Skills
