Job Description

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects related to water treatment plants, pump stations, and infrastructure.
• Support senior engineers in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and report on project status.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineers to ensure seamless project integration.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, material take-offs, and procurement documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain high standards in construction and installation.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to address technical queries and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
• Contribute to the preparation of progress reports and project updates for internal and client review.
• Stay updated on the latest civil engineering technologies and best practices relevant to water treatment and infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably within water treatment or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of water treatment processes, construction methods, and site management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in construction.
