Job Summary

People Manager and Technical expert through which he is responsible for maintaining external systems application support processes and checking that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures and using application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports.


Job Description

  • Maintains systems application support processes, and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
  • Uses application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports.
  • Responsible for assessing, training, and motivating people and optimize productivity within the workplace by promoting professional growth.
  • Secure clear possession of problem identification, its analysis, impact analysis and solutions
  • Evaluate all problem and impact analysis.
  • Prepare management report to review same for precision and totality of contents.
  • Supervise everyday requests for matters related to growth, resources and vendors and resolve issues related to production and development
  • Administer all implementation issues and generate short-term resolution, as well as long term preventive measures for development and escalate to the incident manager if needed.
  • Projects are being delivered with quality and on time.


Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or Communication Engineering
