Job Description

1. Managing the Production Process:
   • Oversee the daily production operations to ensure adherence to production plans.
   • Monitor the technical and operational processes to meet production goals.
   • Coordinate with various teams, such as quality control, maintenance, and planning, to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Data Analysis and Process Improvement:
   • Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
   • Apply continuous improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance production processes.
   • Identify root causes of production issues and implement appropriate solutions.
3. Equipment Management and Maintenance:
   • Supervise equipment maintenance to

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, 
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role Injection Department.
• Very Good to Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
