What You'll Do:
Communicate with customers via phone and provide expert support "It's an English-speaking environment and where you'll be supporting international clients".
Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Maintain a high-quality customer experience and represent the company professionally.
Perform data entry across various platforms.
What We're Looking For:
Native or Native-like Fluency in English is mandatory "C2 or C1 Level proficiency"
Graduates, gap year students, or dropouts.
Residents of Cairo or Alexandria (mandatory nesting period from our premises: 4–8 weeks).
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in English call centers is a plus.
