Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in El Sheikh Zaid. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include handling customer complaints, managing customer accounts, and documenting interactions with customers. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to improve customer experience.

• Experience in managing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
