At FINEST, we have a unique and specialized department that manages every detail of a client's project, from the initial contract signing all the way to the complete handover of the project (hotel or restaurant).
We are currently in a phase of expansion and are looking for a creative, smart, and skilled Senior Project Sales Engineer (FF&E ) to join our team.
- Client and Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the relationship from the initial contract signing through to the final project handover.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate sales opportunities for hotel and restaurant furnishing projects.
- Project Oversight: Supervise and manage all aspects of the project, ensuring all client specifications and requirements are met within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Material Sourcing and Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and pricing for FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) materials and suppliers.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle to ensure smooth progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure a seamless workflow from project conception to completion.
