Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

• Customer Experience skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in using CRM software is a plus
