Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting and selling our range of architectural finishes, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends to better serve our clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the architectural or construction industry
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of inventory management and sales reporting
- Proficiency in using sales and customer service software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
