Job Description
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available real estate offerings to potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals in alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and documentation to facilitate transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure effective promotion of properties.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and local real estate regulations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
