As an ERP Admin, you will target detail-oriented candidates with a passion for HR administration and talent acquisition. You will manage meaningful projects that enhance the Employee Referral Program, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication with referrers, which directly impacts the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition Global Ops team and supports Siemens Energy’s mission of fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Update and maintain referral records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Perform regular data checks for accuracy and completeness of referral information.
- Communicate with employee referrers to clarify or obtain missing information.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding referral status.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on referral program metrics.
- Assist in analyzing program data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
What You Bring:
- Experience in HR administration, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Avature, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and respect for confidential information.
