Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing
sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and conducting training sessions. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will ensure customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
