Overview
Join the Locaria Academy Graduate Program in Cairo, Egypt, and kickstart your career. This six-month paid program is designed for motivated and ambitious graduates eager to gain hands-on experience, professional development, and a global perspective. You'll have the chance to work on impactful projects, learn from industry experts, and receive mentorship to help you grow both personally and professionally. Successful graduates may even have the opportunity to continue their journey with us beyond the program.

As part of the Multilingual Paid Media project management team at the Locaria Academy Graduate Program, you will:
Support your more senior colleagues in a wide range of project-related tasks, such as receiving and analysing client assets, setting up project workflows, discussing project timelines and costing, and liaising with external and internal language professionals. You will carry out these tasks using various tech platforms and tools which are common in the language and marketing industry.
You will have exposure to and training on various important processes such as keyword research and linguistic methodology, as well as internal project management and account management best practices.
After an initial training period, you will also have the opportunity, with support from the team, to liaise with clients directly.

Required Skills
We’re looking for ambitious graduates with:
- A strong academic record and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for results.
- A drive for continuous learning and professional growth.
You will need to be available to join in October 2025 when the programme begins. This role will be working Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 7 PM local time.
This is a paid graduate programme offering $350 USD gross per month.
