Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain an updated CRM with leads, opportunities, and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a software house, IT services, or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), IT solutions, and digital products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SaaS, mobile app development, web development, or ERP/CRM solutions sales.
• Familiarity with international markets (outsourcing/offshore software sales).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to support lead generation.
