About the role:

 

A leading dental clinic is seeking a skilled and reliable General Accountant with at least 4 years of experience. In addition to handling the clinic’s financial operations, the selected candidate will also be responsible for managing the administration team (Admin Assistants) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Accounting & Finance

Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports.

Handle payroll, tax filings, and compliance with local regulations.

Monitor clinic expenses, revenues, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.

Support external auditors and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Administration Management

Supervise and guide the administration team (Admin Assistants).

Assign and monitor daily administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.

Oversee office management, supplies, and service providers related to clinic operations.

Ensure administrative processes and documentation are up to date and compliant with clinic policies.

Foster a positive, organized, and collaborative working environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience (experience in healthcare/clinics is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
