Identify, evaluate, and acquire renewable solar energy projects.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence to assess the viability, risks, and returns of potential investments.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including project developers, financial institutions, government agencies, and other key partners.
Stay abreast of industry trends, policies and regulations changes, and technological advancements to inform investment decisions.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Assist clients in the project development and project management of renewable energy projects throughout the project life cycle – from development to construction, to operational hand-off.
Develop plans and estimates for projects, including equipment and construction pricing, labor rates and schedules, and productivity estimates.
Establish and review construction budgets, maintain construction schedules, review work scopes, and review and respond to RFIs, submittals and change orders.
Provide guidance to external bidding process required to procure goods and services necessary for all phases of project execution, including preparation of bid packages, evaluation of proposals, contract negotiations, and recommendations to senior management.
. Perform commercial and technical contract reviews for construction and procurement contract.
Review, comment on, and negotiate project change orders.
Ensure successful QA/QC and commissioning processes.
Maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of solar energy projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering / Renewable Energy Engineering.
3 to 7 Years of experience in renewable energy field.
Excellent experience in Financial modeling & investment decisions.
