We are looking for a highly motivated Freelance Recruiter Specialist with proven experience in sourcing, screening, and placing both blue-collar and white-collar talent. You will play a key role in connecting businesses with the right candidates, ensuring smooth hiring processes across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through various platforms, job boards, social networks, and referrals.

Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for both skilled labor (blue-collar) and professional/administrative roles (white-collar).

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably covering both blue-collar and white-collar positions.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies across industries and job levels.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
