Responsibilities
Prepare architectural shop drawings based on project specifications.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
Submit drawings and material submittals
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs and Specs based on drawings.
Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project.
Ensure all work aligns with local codes and architectural standards.
Support procurement by providing specifications and quantities of required materials.
Maintain drawing logs, submittal schedules, and other technical documentation.
Prepare Arch Design Drawings
Prepare Interior and Exterior Designs
Prepare License Drawings
Qualifications
Architectural Technical Office Engineer with 3–5 years of experience
