We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with strong experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns for the Saudi market. The ideal candidate is currently based in Egypt but has a solid understanding of the Saudi digital landscape, consumer behavior, and advertising platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).
- Drive ROI-focused campaigns tailored for the Saudi audience, including lead generation, conversions, and e-commerce sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Saudi market.
- Develop, test, and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Create detailed performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs and share insights with the management team.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives.
- Stay updated on Saudi digital advertising regulations, platforms, and audience behaviors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with proven success in the Saudi market.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
- Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently while aligning with regional marketing strategies.
