🎯 Position Overview
Monglish international academy is seeking a highly motivated ERP & LMS Systems Analyst & Application Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing end-user support, analyzing business requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors, and driving continuous system improvements across ERP, CRM, and LMS platforms.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1/L2 application support to end-users.
• Log, analyze, and escalate incidents in line with established SLAs.
• Conduct end-user training sessions on system features and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT): prepare test cases, manage defects, and oversee sign-off.
• Analyze business processes and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)/User Stories.
• Configure and test ERP (Odoo), CRM, and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas).
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Identify and implement system enhancements and process automation opportunities.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Application Support / Systems Analysis.
• Practical experience with ERP, CRM, and LMS platforms (Odoo experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
