Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Heliopolis. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing customer support, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer queries, providing product and service information, and maintaining accurate customer records. The Call Center Agent will also handle escalations and report any technical issues to the supervisor as needed.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and customer interaction
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy for managing customer records and using call center software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calmness
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus
