Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a Health & Safety Lead who will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment through identification and mitigation of workplace risks.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety programs through Collaboration with other departments to develop and update health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure full compliance with KORE, LSR, ISO 45001 standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits, though Perform routine inspections of work areas, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards, Document findings, recommend corrective actions, monitor their implementation, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address identified safety concerns effectively.
- Provide health and safety training and education by Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs on various health and safety topics, conduct safety orientations for new employees and contractors, and foster a culture of safety by promoting best practices and providing guidance to employees at all levels.
- Investigate incidents and accidents by Participate in the incident investigations to determine root causes and contribute to the development of corrective and preventive measures. And maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities through Assisting in the development and maintenance of emergencies.
ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in (Engineering, Science, Agriculture) is Must
- IOSH managing safety, ISO 45001 lead auditor is preferred.
- A certified safety specialist is a Must.
- Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Health and safety management or related field, preferably in FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office productivity Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements
