Monglish International Academy is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive both sales and marketing growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with proven experience in revenue generation, market expansion, and coaching teams to achieve outstanding performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business development, sales, and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Coach, support, and improve the performance of the sales team to ensure targets are exceeded.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide sales and marketing strategies.

• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Min 5 years of proven success in business development, sales, or marketing leadership.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Experience coaching teams and improving sales/marketing performance.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing/sales reporting tools.

• Fluent in English
