📍 Location: Skywalk, El Sheikh Zayed

💰 Salary: 16,500 gross/month (including KPIs)

🕒 Shifts: rotational

📨 Support Channels: Chat & Email only

🚗 Transportation: Provided

🌐 English Level Required: C1 Speakers

We’re hiring Customer Support Specialists to join the launch team (Wave 1) for a global fintech/cryptocurrency client.

This is a great opportunity to

start your career in tech — no previous experience is required. Full training will be provided!

You’ll handle customer inquiries through chat and email, helping users navigate the platform, resolve issues, and get the support they need. No phone calls involved.

What We’re Looking For:

• English Level C1

• Good communication skills and a positive

attitude

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Night and Overnight shifts)

• Interest in fintech or crypto is a plus

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
