Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, PY, TM.
- Support daily operations for HR master data, personnel actions, and payroll runs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM-related system issues and user queries.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams for SAP HCM improvements and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal control regulations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and prepare documentation.
- Participate in SAP HCM projects, upgrades, and integration initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 5 years in SAP HCM module implementation/support.
- Arabic (Fluent), English (V. Good)
- SAP ECC or S/4HANA, MS Office Suite, SAP Fiori (preferable).
