This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced networking solutions for the organization’s cloud services and customer on-premises data centers. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across data center SDN, SD-WAN, and SDA campus technologies, as well as the ability to lead projects, provide escalation support, and ensure successful service delivery in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement networking solutions for cloud services and customers data centers.
- Act as a technical lead during project implementations and delivery, providing guidance and escalation support to teams.
- Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-severity incidents, providing permanent fixes and preventive recommendations.
