• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve IT issues quickly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English

• Provide technical support for hardware and software systems used throughout the manufacturing facility, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure the proper

• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
