ERP Implementer (1-3 Years Exp)
Location: Remote (Frequent customer visits — Cairo residents preferred)

We’re hiring an
- ERP HR Implementer
- ERP Finance Implementer
- ERP Manufacturing Implementer
with 1-3 years’ experience delivering ERPNext projects for his Specialized module.
The ideal candidate has vendor/partner-side experience working with diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERPNext implementations end-to-end: requirements, configuration, reports, training, support.
- Analyze client business processes, and tailor ERP solutions accordingly, using doc types & workflows.
- Implement needed Reports.
- Deliver user training and ongoing client support.
- Conduct frequent site visits within Cairo.
- Analyzes customer needs, business processes reported problems and reports to solve problems in the products.
- Works with development department in testing and implementing new product features and customer requirements.
- Recommends new strategies and programs for customer support and satisfaction.
- Response to client inquiries concerning product operation, software, and operator problems.
- Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Business informatics, Computer Science or Engineering
- 1-3 years of ERPNext or local ERP Implementation Exp.
- Specialize in configuring Manufacturing, Inventory, Accounting, Sales, and HR modules based on each job title.
- Strong client communication, Time management and project delivery skills.
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
- Excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Residency in Cairo preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- ERPNext certifications, data migration experience, Python basics is a plus.
