Job Purpose: -

• Supervise and monitor the Royal relationship managers, providing all banking privileges and solutions, as well as offering solutions to ensure satisfying all the customers’ needs and requirements efficiently

Responsibilities: -

• Following up on achieving the monthly targets achievements for Royal customer relationship managers.
• Providing financial and banking consultations based on the needs of the associated customer segment through continuous communication with branch and regional managers.
• Reviewing the royal portfolio and monitor the RMs targets achievements.
• Resolve the complaints related to the segment customers through communication and reports related to these complaints.
• Working towards achieving the targets set for the unit.
• Working on achieving and increasing the customer loyalty to the bank by ensuring exceptional service is provided by customer service officials for the segment clients in branches and regions.
• Conducting continuous market studies to identify market changes related to the segment.
• Submitting the required monthly reports related to the unit.
• Working on following and adhering to the bank's policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Education:

• University Degree, preferably (Commerce-Business Administration-Economics) or their equivalent.

Experience: -

• Experience of at least 10 years in the field of retail banking.
