Coordinate with the Estimation and Design departments while studying the IFT Documents during the Tender phase (especially the tender drawings & Scope of Work)
Perform Quantity take-off for the Aluminum Works (i.e. Curtain Wall Cladding, Glazing, Doors, windows, etc.) all in accordance with the agreed method of measurement.
Perform internal BOQ based on the surveyed quantity from the tender documents especially for Lump Sum Projects and compare it with the Project’s BOQ.
Update on regular (monthly) basis the Project’s scope in terms of quantities whilst considering the ongoing variations that occurs during the course of the Project.
Issue monthly statements (Invoices) based on the actual progress on site and the material deliver thereon.
Analyze the Clients/Main Contractor’s monthly Payment Certificate while reporting a comparison between the Certification and the Statement to check for any delayed and/or under-certification.
Monitor the elapsed duration between the submission date of monthly statement and the receipt date of the certification while comparing it with the contractual duration.
Job Requirements
1-2 years with a minimum of 1 year experience in the field of Quantity Surveying
