Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer. The role is based in Giza, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing the server-side logic and architecture of our applications. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing the back-end of web applications, collaborating with front-end developers, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and implementing best practices in software development.
Job Type: Full-time (Part-time proposals also welcome)
Work Mode: Hybrid — at least 2 days/week from office, the rest remotely
Qualifications
- Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming skills
- Understanding of Front-End Development concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of database management and server-side technologies
- Experience with cloud services and APIs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of backend development experience
- Strong knowledge of Filament (a must)
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, and backend architecture
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (at least 2 days from office in Giza)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
