Role Overview:

As a Motion Designer at Bench, you’ll create engaging, interactive animations that enhance the user experience across our web and mobile platforms. Your designs will make our products feel alive, intuitive, and fun, helping employees and HR teams interact seamlessly with our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement interactive animations using Rive for Bench’s web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and the marketing team to translate concepts into motion.
• Create prototypes, iterate on feedback, and ensure animations perform smoothly across devices.
• Maintain consistency with Bench’s brand and UI guidelines.
• Contribute to Bench’s motion language and design system for reusable animations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in motion design for digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive animations, ideally including Rive projects.
• Proficiency in Rive, After Effects, Figma motion tools, or similar animation software.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and how animation enhances user interaction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• 
  Experience integrating Rive animations into Flutter, React, or mobile apps.
• Understanding of reusable animation components and design systems.
