The ideal candidate will work with the prospect customers across Egypt & Levant region to conduct POC's and demonstrate the value that PhishRod Security Awareness & Phishing Incident Response Platform brings. The candidate will work closely with the sales teams across the regions to position the solution in front of the prospect customers from a technical perspective.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical presentations for the customers.
- Understand the customer requirements, develop POC success criteria for the prospect customers and conduct proof of concept.
- Conduct security awareness, policy compliance and phishing simulation campaigns at the POC stage to highlight the competitive advantages of PhishRod
- Develop technical white papers, case studies and document the customer feedback during the POC stage.
- Provide the feedback to the product engineering team for product enhancement
- Develop the enterprise security awareness framework covering the strategy, content execution plan, activities related to phishing readiness, security awareness & policy compliance.
- Ensure that the security awareness content reflects the latest trends and threats and that the content reflects the local policies and regulations.
- Engage with the customers in a consultative approach to help them build a cyber secure culture.
- Must be able to conduct security awareness workshops for the existing customers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Security
Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong Presentation & Report Writing skills
