Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes and test strategies for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Design, execute, and document test cases, test plans, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing environments.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with engineering teams to drive timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and recommend process improvements to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Lead quality reviews and audits, ensuring all deliverables meet established quality benchmarks.
- Mentor and support junior QA engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
- Prepare and present detailed QA reports and metrics to project stakeholders and management.
- Stay current with emerging QA methodologies, tools, and technologies to continuously improve testing efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a quality assurance engineering role, preferably within the engineering or infrastructure sector.
- Proven experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to document and report on quality metrics and issues.
